Account Manager


The Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating client relationships, overseeing delivery of solutions. and growing existing accounts. The Account Manager will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to customer needs. In a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this person will need to be flexible and adaptable to clients’ changing needs.

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain client accounts ranging in size from middle market up to Fortune 100 companies
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all client matters
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders
- Organize and lead internal and external teams to ensure client satisfaction and success
- Forecast, track and report key account metrics to internal and external teams
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within existing client accounts

Experience Required

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of customer relationship management experience in the technology sector
- Proven success in expanding client accounts
- Managerial experience preferred

Full Stack PHP Developer


The ideal candidate for the developer role is excited by the challenges of building tools and applications that are well written, readable and well thought out. This person enjoys day-to-day engineering activities but is also excited by opportunities to actively participate in the product development process and influence the outcomes. While the developer will always be working towards advancing and honing core skills, this person is also flexible and eager to learn.

Experience Required

- 3+ years of full time experience building scalable web applications using PHP and MySQL with a general understanding of Smarty
- Strong MySQL query and table building experience
- Solid experience with cross-platform, browser compliant HTML (HTML5) and CSS
- Good JavaScript knowledge (jQuery framework)
- Experience with version control systems, especially GIT
- Familiarity with integrating APIs, understanding of JSON, XML, SOAP
- Attention to detail - clean code and precise design translation
- Experience working in a team environment and documenting code
- Experience building code for non sticky load balancing is a plus
- Experience with AWS is a plus
- Experience with Twitter Bootstrap a plus

Business Development Representative


The Business Development Representative (BDR) will identify and qualify new sales opportunities by executing defined call and email prospecting tactics. In doing so, the BDR will consistently generate pipeline for quota-carrying Account Executives who are responsible for closing new business for iQventures.

Responsibilities

- Learn and execute proven processes to identify and qualify new sales opportunities
- Qualify leads according to defined set of criteria such as size of company, business needs, decision-making authority, buying timeline, etc.
- Minimum of 75 phone calls and 75 emails per day
- Map prospective accounts around organizational structure, people and existing technology
- Partner with Account Executives to fill their pipelines and develop your sales skills
- Log all activity and intelligence into Salesforce.com CRM
- Provide feedback on sales process, sales tools, and marketing campaigns

Qualifications

- Professional business acumen, confidence, and unparalleled work ethic
- Top-notch cold calling skills, with the ability to quickly engage senior executives
- Ability to write succinct and crisp emails
- Familiarity with common business software applications, along with phones and email
- Fast learner who can quickly understand and articulate the value of our products
- Experience using Salesforce.com
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a lead generation or inside sales role
